• What is IBS’s candidate qualification process?
  IBS has a comprehensive candidate qualification process that is discussed at length under Requirements Processing Method.
• How can I find out about the rates and benefits for me?
  You will find our rates of pay very competitive. Pay will depend on experience and type of work. Contact IBS office at 732 981 0450 and you will be able to talk to the representative and get all the information that you require on the rates and the payment schedules.
• I want to find an experienced professional for an emergency staffing requirement. How do I start?
  Visit our staffing services page and complete the online submit requirement form. The IBS team will contact you immediately and get the process started so that you would be able to find the right resource in record time. Else contact our helpdesk to have the IBS representative reach you.
• What are the minimum criteria or qualifications to register as a consultant at IBS?
  To be registered in our database, you must be an experienced BI Consultant, with a valid professional practice license or certification and should be able to present proof of the right to work in the country.
• What kind of consultants does IBS have in its database?
  IBS specializes in having an up to date database of BI technology and functional experts. IBS has an extensive database of consultants with different BI expertise like Oracle OBIEE, Cognos, Business Objects etc.
• Is there a commitment to take up an assignment once I apply?
  There is absolutely no commitment to take up an assignment after completing the online application form and registering. By registering you would be able to search for appropriate assignments, whether you accept or reject is up to you.
• What is the process of dealing with professionals who are not performing as desired?
  The professionals selected and placed by IBS are carefully chosen on the basis of their expertise, knowledge and references. However in the event that a particular consultant is not working to the level of professionalism expected, IBS will replace the consultant with another competent resource at no cost to the client.
• What is the process that IBS follows to screen the resources?
  IBS reviews in detail each and every candidate’s online application form and performs a thorough interview so as to determine the skill level and professionalism of the candidate. INS requires all the consultants to provide a detailed skill checklist along with their application and this list is verified against the candidate’s work experience, education and references.
• Do you perform background checks?
  Yes, we perform background checks on all our consultants before placing them in the clients project.

• What type of assignments do you offer?
  IBS places experienced and qualified BI Consultants in a various business houses across North America.
• I chose an assignment. What is the next step?
  IBS will forward your credentials and your preferred start date, to the client. The client will arrange for the required initial on-site training day. IBS scheduler will make the appointment for initial training with you. After successful completion of this initial training your assignment will begin.
• Are there any referral programs?
  Yes, many of our consultants take active part in our referral programs and take advantage of our referral bonus.
• Is there a fee that job seekers need to pay IBS for their services?
  IBS does not charge the consultant for a fee for any of the services being offered. IBS will pay the selected consultant the negotiated hourly rate. In case of permanent placement the client is responsible for paying IBS a percentage of the candidate’s first year salary as the placement fee.
• How often do the IT job postings get updated on the IBS website?
  IBS’s website is updated simultaneously along with the database update. Hence the available postings are updated on a regular basis. Also registered candidates can utilize the automatic email job alert feature available. This allows the job seeker to create a notification that will automatically send emails out as soon as a job is entered in our database.
• Does IBS provide health benefits with contract positions?
  Yes, our IT contractors can choose from a number of different health care programs that work best for your situation and budget. Every IBS consultant is immediately eligible to obtain health and dental insurance and the deductions are even withheld from the consultant’s paycheck on a pre-tax basis. Each consultant on our payroll is paid on a weekly basis and provided the chance to receive their check via direct deposit or by mail. IBS consultants are also immediately eligible for IBS’s 401k retirement plan. Additional incentives may include paid holiday and vacation time off, referral bonuses and project completion bonuses.
